We recognize that every organization or network works in a slightly different way so we want to get to know you before we provide a proposal for your bespoke full service marketing strategy. This is time for you to share what you feel is and isn’t working and what you’re hoping to achieve with support. Proposal & Pricing
After our call we’ll create and send a document outlining a scope of work that includes core activities and deliverables and a timeline and full project pricing for your review. We can refine this document together to make sure we have the perfect partnership.
Getting Started
Once we have a clear scope of work we’re ready to get started. We start by taking a deep dive into your previous podcast marketing and performance. This could include podcast download data, survey data, marketing plans, goals and other KPIs as well as meetings with key staff and stakeholders and we recommend prepping some of these materials through the proposal period so we can move as quickly as possible once our partnership begins.
Stillroom recognises that the biggest barriers to successful podcast marketing and growth are often structural. This includes a mix of missing processes, information blackholes and lack of ownership.
